An integrated fault-simulation module allows ten different faults to be programmed behind a lockable cover. The training rig is supplied without a cable set.

Dashboard training model CAN / LIN bus
Mobile training model with an original VW Golf V dashboard, driver and passenger airbags, complete lighting system and instrument illumination. The networked control units include the gateway, vehicle electrical system control unit, airbag, climate control, instrument cluster and driver and passenger doors.
Eight predefined faults can be switched into the system. Bridging plugs and externally accessible diagnostic connectors allow measurements and diagnostics with standard workshop test equipment.



Dashboard training model CAN / LIN bus
System variant with fully operational original components from an Opel Astra J. The mobile training model includes the dashboard, driver and passenger airbags, lighting system and instrument illumination together with the control units required for diagnostics and networking.
CAN-bus interfaces with bridging plugs provide dedicated measurement access. At least eight typical bus faults can be switched in, allowing realistic diagnostic procedures and work with PC-based CAN-bus diagnostic systems.



Audi A6 dashboard training model
The CAN / LIN bus training model is built on a mobile aluminium frame and includes the original dashboard, driver and passenger airbags, the complete lighting system and instrument illumination of an Audi A6. The system also includes control units such as the gateway, vehicle electrical system control units, airbag, climate control, instrument cluster, and driver and passenger doors.
At least eight predefined faults according to DIN ISO are integrated via toggle switches. Bridging plugs, externally accessible measurement sockets and the OBD diagnostic connector allow measurement and diagnostics with standard workshop test equipment.
Golf 7 dashboard training model
The CAN / LIN bus training model is built on a mobile aluminium frame and includes the original dashboard, blower housing, windshield-wiper control and complete lighting system of a Golf VII. The system also includes control units such as the gateway, vehicle electrical system control unit, airbag, climate control, instrument cluster, and driver and passenger doors.
Eight predefined faults according to DIN ISO can be introduced via toggle switches. Externally accessible 4 mm measurement sockets and the OBD diagnostic connector allow measurements and diagnostics using standard workshop test equipment.
The CAN-BUS course module included in the scope of supply explains the system. Animations and simulations of a CAN bus system, a question catalogue for checking knowledge, and the presentation of typical fault patterns according to the ISO fault list are also included in the computer program.
Build automotive electrical circuits directly from the wiring diagram
The modular experimental system combines a mobile base rig with basic electrical equipment and a lighting-technology extension.
E1 experimental rig with basic and lighting equipment
The mobile experimental rig enables exercises directly from the wiring diagram and can be equipped with different component-board sets according to the desired scope of training.
The power rail is located at the top and the ground rail below it. The three-row experimental frame provides space for the various electrical components and circuits.

EL1–EL3 student trainers as one coordinated training range
These three compact trainers form a coordinated product group for the fundamentals of automotive electrical and electronic systems. EL1 and EL2 turn wiring diagrams into functioning vehicle circuits; EL3 extends the range with electronic fundamentals, components and vehicle-specific electronic circuits.

Electrical Student Trainer EL1
Fundamentals of automotive electrical systems covering ignition, starter, alternator, wipers, horn, glow-plug system, engine monitoring, charge and oil-pressure circuits. A matching cable set and fault-entry facility support systematic troubleshooting.

Electrical Student Trainer EL2
Complements EL1 with lighting and signalling systems, including relay circuits such as auxiliary headlamp control. EL2 also includes a matching cable set and a fault-entry facility.

Electronics Student Trainer EL3
Teaches the fundamentals of automotive electronics through practical experiments. Topics include resistors, capacitors, diodes, coils, transistors and thyristors together with vehicle-specific analogue circuits and sensor technology.
