01 · Compressed-air technology

Pneumatic brake systems

Original components and flexible hose connections provide a systematic understanding of modern two-line, dual-circuit brake systems.

02 · EBS & Diagnostics

Electronic brake systems

Depending on the configuration, EBS, ABS and ASR can be examined and diagnosed on the fully functional system and their interactions can be clearly understood.

03 · Vehicle electrical systems

24-volt commercial vehicle technology

Lighting, switches, relays, fuses and trailer components complement pneumatic training with conventional commercial vehicle electrical systems.

Commercial Vehicle Technology

From compressed-air systems to 24-volt electrical systems

Modern commercial vehicles combine pneumatic, electrical and electronic systems. Practice-oriented training therefore needs to make both the individual components and their interaction easy to understand.

BBH Technische Anlagen GmbH training systems enable work on real system components and support exercises covering system design, function, measurement, diagnostics and troubleshooting.

System understanding & diagnostics

Examine air brakes in practice

The modular design provides a step-by-step introduction from a conventional pneumatic brake system to an electronically controlled EBS system.

01

Pneumatic system

Valves, air reservoirs, lines and brake components can be examined individually and understood within the complete system.

02

EBS diagnostics

Electronic brake systems in the truck and trailer enable diagnostic exercises on the fully functional commercial-vehicle braking system.

03

Fault simulation

Defined electrical faults can be introduced via a fault-simulation interface and then systematically located.

04

SmartBoard

Trailer operating and system information can be displayed and evaluated for diagnostic and training tasks.

24-volt vehicle electrical systems

Commercial-vehicle electrical systems complement compressed-air technology

The NFZ Elektrik EL74 functional training rig also provides a compact system for conventional 24-volt electrical technology in trucks and trailers.

Practice-oriented training

Combine pneumatics, electrical systems and diagnostics

Combining different training systems enables comprehensive commercial-vehicle technology instruction – from an individual electrical circuit or valve to the complete electronically controlled system.

01

Understand components

Valves, lights, relays, control units and other commercial-vehicle components can be examined directly on the real setup.

02

Build systems

Flexible pneumatic connections and electrical circuits make the function of individual components within the overall system easy to understand.

03

Measure and test

Pressures, electrical signals and switching states can be recorded systematically and used to assess the system.

04

Diagnose faults

Defined faults enable realistic diagnostic exercises and encourage a structured approach to troubleshooting.

Education and professional development
